Clients can reserve an apartment for a fee of €1,000 and by completing a reservation contract. The property will be removed from the market and a preliminary contract will then need to be signed and returned

Maintenance & Property Management

Owners of Kandahar apartment complex will be required to pay an annual service and maintenance charge at 12 euros per square metre. Benefits of this include:
